Message from our Pastor

Welcome! I’m glad you found us. Located in Denver’s historic and diverse Park Hill neighborhood, Montview Boulevard Presbyterian Church has been a place of hope, healing and the sharing of God’s love for more than a century. At Montview, we believe in being there for our closest neighbors and building bridges across the world. And whether you are a life-long Presbyterian or not too sure about this faith stuff, I hope you’ll explore the many opportunities to connect with us and find something that’s right for you.

I feel grateful every day to serve this amazing community. At Montview, we take our work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously, knowing that ministry mostly requires getting out of God’s way. We also believe that joy is the surest sign of the presence of God. There is a lot of joy around this church…along with lots of care, prayer and hope. You’ll find this congregation to be warm, welcoming, thoughtful and engaged with the world. We like to ask questions that don’t have easy answers and we like to get out into the community to serve our neighbors. Wherever you are in your life and on your faith journey, know that I would love to have you join us as we learn together what it means to follow Jesus and to live lives of faith and compassion.

Sincerely, Rev. Clover Reuter Beal

Our Community

We learn as we go and trust that God goes with us

Serve

Our perspectives are widened by the experiences we have and the people we meet, but we also know this work changes us as much or more than it changes those who we seek to help.

Montview Church offers a multitude of individual and group service opportunities – in the church, in Denver, and around the world.

Capital Campaign

As generations before us have stewarded Montview, so too must we. In serving the greater Denver and global community through mission, programming, and spiritual nourishment, we are a beacon of hope in a world striving for connection. As such, we embraced our responsibility as caretakers and embarked on a capital campaign with our eyes toward the next generation of Montview.

This campaign has served to preserve our heritage while strengthening Montview from the inside out, ensuring attendees for the next 100 years will have a place to call home.
